  • New Vehicles: Fuzzitopin offers a 7-day return policy for new vehicles purchased from our showroom or online. To be eligible for a return, the vehicle must be in its original condition, unmodified, and free from any damage or excessive wear and tear. The return must be requested within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
  • Custom Orders: For custom orders or personalized vehicles with specific specifications, return requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for custom orders are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.

2. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once the vehicle is returned, it will undergo an inspection to confirm its condition. If the vehicle meets the return criteria outlined in section 1, a full refund of the purchase price (excluding any shipping or handling fees) will be processed within 10 business days of the vehicle’s return.
  • Restocking Fee: For custom orders, a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment used during the purchase. This means that if you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed back to your credit card account.

3. Defective or Damaged Vehicles

  • Warranty Claims: If your vehicle has defects or damage covered under our warranty, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to report the issue. We will arrange for repair or replacement as required under the terms of the warranty.
  • Repairs or Replacement: If the defect or damage is not resolved to your satisfaction after repairs, and a replacement vehicle is not possible, we will issue a refund based on the original purchase price of the vehicle.
  • Shipping Costs: Fuzzitopin will cover the cost of returning a defective or damaged vehicle, provided the defect or damage falls under the warranty coverage.
